With this wine we aim to prove that non-indigenous grape varieties can flourish in the Greek soil and climate. When the French variety Syrah is cultivated in the region of Messenikolas, under the beautiful sky of Thessaly, in the shadows of Agrafa, its rare characteristics are enriched and unique aromas emerge making it differ from the French variety.
Intense deep red colour with density and powerful tannins. It is a wine with quiet a strong bouquet of black cherry and marmalade of ripe fruit and of course of charred wood and chestnut which come from remaining in the barrel at least 12 months.
Before drinking we suggest you open the bottle and leave it for 15min to allow its unique aromas to emerge.
Enjoy it with your friends during the cold winter nights next to the fireplace with game, red meat dishes with spicy sauces and yellow cheese.

Ideal serving temperature: 16-18°C.
