The French red grape variety Cabernet is cultivated in the vineyards of Messenikolas by a family which has passion and extensive experience in wine-making and is being enriched with a local grape variety of Karditsa called “Limnionas”. This combination creates an interesting wine which embodies flavour and tradition.
Deep red colour with a bouquet which is attributed to its varietal composition with hints of spices and vanilla. Its mild taste is followed by a lasting and interesting aftertaste.

Its unique flavour and blend of aromas are best realized when combined with yellow cheese and red meat dishes with light red sauces.

Ideal serving temperature:16-18°C.
